The right material, on the truck.

We buy, track and expedite the equipment and materials that drive the critical path, so crews never wait on a delivery and the schedule never waits on a factory.

Why it matters.

01

Lead times set the schedule

Switchgear, transformers, generators and specialty systems can take longer to arrive than the building takes to frame. A late order can move the finish date.

02

Federal money brings rules

Projects with federal funding often carry domestic content requirements. Missing documentation can put funding at risk long after the material is installed.

03

Late deliveries cost twice

When material misses its date, crews resequence, equipment sits and overtime follows. The cost lands well beyond the item itself.

Our approach

How we work.

  1. 01

    Long-lead tracking

Every critical item is logged with its submittal, release, fabrication and ship dates, tied to the activity it feeds in the schedule.

  2. 02

    Early release and procurement

We release major equipment as soon as the design allows, often before construction documents are complete, and lock in production slots.

  3. 03

    Buy America compliance

Where federal funding applies, we confirm domestic content requirements at bid, collect certifications from each supplier and keep the paper trail audit-ready.

  4. 04

    Supplier diversity

We break packages into sizes local and small businesses can bid, help them through prequalification and track participation against project goals.

  5. 05

    Expediting and inspection

Factory visits, witness testing and shipping checks confirm equipment is on track and built to spec before it leaves the plant.

In practice · Airport Terminal Expansion

Fourteen gates, no flights held for a delivery.

The new concourse depended on jet bridges, baggage conveyors and screening equipment with long fabrication times. We released them early, tracked each one weekly against the schedule and timed every delivery around active airside operations, so the airport kept every flight on schedule.

Questions owners ask us.

How early should long-lead equipment be ordered?

As soon as the design is firm enough to specify it. We identify long-lead items in preconstruction and build their release dates into the master schedule.

Can you manage Buy America requirements?

Yes. On federally funded work we confirm which requirements apply, screen suppliers at bid and collect the certifications the funding agency expects.

Can the owner buy equipment directly?

Yes. Owner-furnished equipment can save markup. We track it in the same log, coordinate deliveries and handle receiving and installation.

How do you support small and local businesses?

We size bid packages so they can compete, walk them through prequalification and pay on a schedule that keeps their cash flowing.
