Ready for move-in weekend.
On-campus residence halls and purpose-built off-campus housing, scheduled backwards from the one weekend every student arrives.
What owners need from us.
Move-in day does not move
The academic calendar sets the deadline. A building that misses August waits a full year for its next full lease-up.
Thousands of beds, one weekend
Every room, elevator, fire alarm and access card has to be inspected, certified and working before the first family pulls up.
Leasing starts before the roof
Beds are often pre-leased a year ahead. Owners need dates they can promise to students and parents.

How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
Design and construction overlapped to compress the schedule toward a fixed move-in date.
Repeatable bathroom pods and wall panels built off site while foundations go in.
Furniture, appliances and finishes for every room tracked to arrive floor by floor.
Room-by-room punch, access control setup and move-in support for the operator.

1,150 beds, ready for the first family.
The student housing community was delivered design-build in 22 months, timed to move-in weekend. Floors were finished and punched in sequence from the bottom up, so inspections and furniture installation ran behind the trades instead of all at once at the end.

Questions owners ask us.
What happens if a move-in date is at risk?
We track the critical path weekly against the move-in date and add shifts, resequence floors or bring prefabrication forward long before it becomes a crisis.
Can you build on an active campus?
Yes. We plan logistics, crane picks and noisy work around classes, exams and campus events, and keep pedestrian routes safe and open.
Do you handle furniture and move-in readiness?
Our transition team coordinates furniture delivery, room inspections and access cards so every bed is ready when the student arrives.

Planning a student housing project?
Share the project, the site and the date that matters. A senior builder will come back to you within one business day.
