Built for the turnaround window.
Process expansions, pre-assembled modules, pipe racks and plant upgrades, delivered by crews who know that every hour of a turnaround is an hour of lost production.
What owners need from us.
The window is fixed
A planned turnaround has a start date and a restart date. Every lift, tie-in and hydrotest has to fit inside it, with float held for what the opened equipment reveals.
Hazards are live
Hot work next to operating units, confined spaces and line breaks on systems that held hydrocarbons yesterday. Permits, gas testing and isolation are part of the schedule, not an afterthought.
Field hours carry risk
Every weld made inside the fence adds congestion and exposure. Owners want as much work as possible done off site, then set and connected fast.
What we build.

- 01
Process unit expansions
New and debottlenecked units, foundations, structural steel, equipment setting and tie-ins to live headers.
- 02
Pre-assembled modules
Pipe rack and equipment modules fabricated, dressed and tested in the yard, then shipped and set on prepared foundations.
- 03
Turnaround and tie-in work
Planned outages with pre-staged spools, hot-tap and tie-in packages, and round-the-clock shifts to the restart date.
- 04
Terminals and midstream facilities
Tank farms, loading racks, compressor and pump stations, and the piping and electrical that connect them.
How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
Lump-sum EPC with one team carrying engineering, long-lead procurement and field execution.
Modules fabricated in our yard so field hours inside the fence drop and the turnaround stays short.
Our own crews for foundations, steel erection, rigging and pipe installation, under one safety program.
Laser-scanned existing plant and 3D models so new spools and modules fit the first time they are set.

Forty-two modules, one planned turnaround.
On a process facility expansion for a confidential owner, we fabricated 42 pre-assembled process modules in our yard under an EPC contract. Each was dressed, tested and sequenced for delivery, then set in place and tied in during the owner’s planned turnaround so the unit restarted on its scheduled date.

Questions owners ask us.
How do you protect a turnaround schedule?
We build the turnaround plan with operations months ahead. Spools, valves and modules are on site and checked before shutdown, tie-in packages are walked down, and the critical path is reviewed every shift.
How do you manage work next to operating units?
Every task runs under the owner’s permit system with job hazard analysis, continuous gas monitoring where required and verified isolation before any line is opened.
Why move work into modules?
Work done in a fabrication yard is safer, easier to inspect and not exposed to plant congestion or weather. It shortens the time crews spend inside the fence and the time the unit is down.
