Student housing has the hardest deadline in building. If the beds are not ready on move-in weekend, students have nowhere to sleep. The project had to go from design to a furnished, inspected building in 22 months, through a long, hot summer that slows every outdoor trade.

Repeat the unit, repeat the win
A small set of standard unit types let crews learn the sequence once and then repeat it floor after floor.

Bathrooms built off site
Prefabricated bathroom pods arrived finished and tested, taking the most crowded trade work off the floors.

Inspections floor by floor
Each floor was inspected and signed off as it finished, so no single inspection week stood between the team and move-in.

Ready for the boxes
Furniture, keys and life-safety tests were complete days ahead, and our team stayed on site through move-in weekend.
